We are creating our team with skilled, motivated, open-minded, entrepreneurial people and are currently looking for an exceptional Sales Manager, who is passionate about developing and maintaining relationships within the financial services industry to sell LUXHUB products and services.
You will join a rapidly expanding team of 34 across all departments, with a high level of skill, motivation, openness, and entrepreneurial spirit. LUXHUB is also a diverse, international company, with 13 different nationalities already represented across the workforce
Key responsibilities will include:
Following up on leads and new clients, such as financial institutions, fiduciaries, merchants, etc.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships
Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio
Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
Communicating and coordinating with internal teams is key
Identifying opportunities on the market
Supporting product teams to shape roadmaps and future added value services.
Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry
Ability to coordinate selling processes (RFIs/RFPs) across different teams
Proven ability to manage large numbers of initiatives and competing priorities
Proven ability to deliver against both shorter term tactical and long-term priorities
Masters degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
At least 10 years as a sales executive, with experience gained within the financial and/or payments sector
Proven track record of achieving KPIs and targets
Good understanding of CRM systems and best practices
Perfectly fluent (both written and verbal) in French and English; any other language will be considered as a real advantage
Strong communication, analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills required
Balance self-motivated, independent work with a strong team spirit and customer focus, excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance
Striving in a start-up environment, with a demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and personal autonomy.
