CESOP: where to report – an updated list of NTA portals

CESOP officially started on January 1^st, 2024. With the first report due by the end of April, several National Tax Administrations (NTAs) are still fine-tuning the reporting processes imposed on the Payment Services Providers in scope.

Last week, an updated list of the national portals was published on the European Commissions website. As a payments and compliance expert, LUXHUB started investigating the CESOP topic more than one year ago, and released an efficient reporting solution destined to all PSPs.

LUXHUB CESOP consists in a reporting engine, and notably includes a web portal to generate and correct reports, but also the possibility (when available) to automatically transmit the XML file to the NTA.
